Nigeria is endowed with mineral resources of significant economic value, including tantalite ore. The quality of tantalite ore, determined by its elemental composition, is crucial for its utilization. This study investigates the beneficiation and purification of tantalite ores from Angwan Kwano (designated as sample A) and Farin Dutse (designated as sample B) in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Agricultural lands from which food are being produce are regularly threatened by urban expansion. We analyze visibility networks constructed from signals captured from functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Data Acquisition and Pre-processing technology (fNIRS) making use of properties of network theory with the aim to characterize the network properties of fNIRS visibility networks. The fNIRS technology is used to capture the brain activity of dyads of two persons by measuring the oxyhemoglobin (HbO) level during a task called "MapTask". The electronic and structural properties of vanadium selenide (VSe) nanostructure have been calculated from first principles using density functional theory (DFT) within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) of Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof (PBE) as implemented in the Quantum Espresso simulation code. The findings revealed that VSe is a metallic crystal whose conduction properties are influenced by the V(4D) and Se(4P) energy states. This nanostructure has a density of state of 3.13 states/eV and is a promising material for a wide range of engineering applications, such as in linear and nonlinear optics and lasers.

This research introduces a novel numerical method for solving quadratic Riccati differential equations using a block hybrid method based on power series. By applying a collocation strategy with power series, we develop a computational approach that offers effective approximation of solutions to this category of nonlinear differential equations. This article is derived from the results of the doctoral thesis entitled, Strategic Guidelines for the Functional Development of Organizational Culture in Educational Institutions. Its objective is to compare the perceptions of different stakeholders regarding the characteristics, types, factors, and functions of organizational culture in educational institutions in the municipality of Barichara, Santander, Colombia. The paradigm used is empiricism with the inductive generalization method under the quantitative approach. This longitudinal study examines the evolution of eating behavior and its relationship with mental health in young and adult residents of Santa Marta, Colombia, during 2020, 2021, and 2025. Using a non-experimental, quantitative design, the Overeating Questionnaire (OQ) was administered at three key points, capturing the onset, peak, and post-pandemic phases. Repeated measures ANOVA revealed statistically significant differences in nine out of eleven dimensions. The aim of this study is to characterize natural dye extract obtained from almond leaves. The study was carried out by extracting dye from almond leaves using ethanol and soxhlet apparatus. Uv-spectrophotometer, FTIR, atomic absorption, thermogravimetric and GC/Ms analyses were performed on the dye extract. Several bioactive compounds and functional groups were identified. The uv-spectrophotometer analysis results reveal the presence flavonoids compounds and functional groups through the absorbance peaks.
