In the data mining field the classification of data stream creates many problems. The challenges faces in the data stream are infinite length, concept drift, concept evaluation and feature evolution. Most of the existing system focuses on the only first two challenges. We propose a framework in which each classifier is prepared with the novel class detector for addressing the two challenges concept drift and concept evaluation and for addressing the feature evolution feature set homogeneous technique is proposed. We improved the novel class detection module by building it more adaptive to evolving the stream. SVM based feature extraction for RBF kernel method is also proposed for detecting the novel class from the steaming data. By using the concept of permutation and combination RBF kernel extracts the features and find out the relation between them. This improves the novel class detect technique and provide more accuracy for classifying the data

This paper proposes a new converter for photovoltaic water pumping and treatment systems without the use of storage elements. The converter is designed to drive a three-phase induction motor directly from PV solar energy. The use of this motor has the objective of presenting a better solution to the standard DC motor water pumping system. The development is oriented to achieve a commercially viable solution and a market friendly product. The converter topology is based on a Resonant Two Inductor Boost converter and a Three-phase Voltage Source inverter achieving 90% efficiency at a rated power of 210W.

In this project, the operation and the features of a new three-level converter are presented with PV source and boost converter. The proposed topology was named three-level active-stacked neutral point clamped. It is a derivative of the 3L-SNPC structure, having two additional active switches connected anti parallel with the clamp diodes. The main advantage of 3L-ASNPC converter is the reduction of the average switching frequency for all power devices. In the same time, the apparent switching frequency of the output voltage is doubled.

In this paper we present a bivariate minification process with Marshall and Olkin exponential distribution . The process is given by Xn = K min(Xn-1, Yn-1, n1) , Yn = K min(Xn-1, Yn-1, n2) where 1 >0, 2 >0, 12 >0 , K  12 ,  = 1+2+12 and { (n1 , n2), n  1}for m < n. Formula for the estimation of the parameters of the process is obtained in the first section. The application part is given in the second section. Ghrelin could play a physiological role in suppressing the HPG axis in women. Therefore, secretion patterns of LH and FSH were determined in young women after injection of ghrelin and placebo respectively. The Mathematical curves for Standard Deviations are obtained in the third section for the corresponding Medical curves.

A Minification process of the first order is given by Xn = K min (Xn -1,n), n1, where K >1 and {n , n1 }is an innovation process of independent and identically distributed (i.i.d) random variables. In this paper we consider a stationary bivariate minification process of Ristic with the bivariate Marshall and Olkin exponential distributions BVE (1,2,12). In the application part, the orexigenic hormone ghrelin has been frequently shown to reduce the activity of the hypothalamic pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis in animals and humans. Ghrelin could play a physiological role in suppressing the HPG axis in women. Therefore, secretion patterns of LH and FSH were determined in young women after injection of ghrelin and placebo respectively. In Section 3, we have found Mathematical results for the corresponding Medical curves and we have compared the medical conclusions.

In this paper we give some characterizations of the primary ideals in ternary semigroups. In this paper mainly we have to show that T be a ternary semigroup satisfying 0 n n M  in which every ideal is a product of primaries. If T has exactly three primes different from M, then T is noetherian of dimension three.

Implementation of modern media and information technology in primary schools has been increasing. The use of ICT in education process brings better results: teaching is better, clearer and gives the opportunity to every student to be actively involved. After having applied Microsoft tools in many projects, we saw the benefits of them in preparation, organization and in the teaching process itself as well as in the fast but high-quality feedback – students‟ knowledge. The most important conclusions are economy of time and proper guidance of students in use of ICT and the constant training of teachers for lifelong learning. ICT in classroom helps students to use the Internet - to find teaching materials, to store them and sort them into their own documents on their computers, by themselves or with the help of their parents. Nowadays, teachers and students have changed their roles. Teachers: guide students towards the goal by choosing teaching materials and by giving the instructions during the working process, they form and develop the teaching materials of the interactive content, they can use materails from other teachers, if there is a permission from them, there is the possibilty of the individual approach to every student, they often check briefly the acquisition of the teaching content through quizzes, presentations and finally, there is the possibilty of extracurricular communication with students (via e-mail, facebook, twiter, SkyDrive, GeoGebra, Geometric Scatch Pade).

This paper presents formulation of Economic Ordered Quantity (EOQ) problem considering Order Size Limits, Stock Limits and Prohibited Ordering Segments, after that a modified PSO algorithm that utilizes the PSO with double chaotic maps is presented to solve this problem. In proposed approach, the logistic map and lozi map are applied alternatively to the velocity updating function of the particles. Using PSO with irregular velocity updates which is performed by these maps forces the particles to search greater space for best global solution. However the random function itself derived from a well-defined mathematical expression which limits its redundancy hence in the paper we are utilizing the two different chaotic maps which are used alternatively this mathematically increased the randomness of the function. The simulation of the algorithm for the formulated EOQ problem verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm over standard algorithms for such a complex problem which are difficult to solve by analytical approaches.
