Noise is an important type of environmental pollution that effects human hearing health and perception can ruin physiological and psychological balance and may impair work performance. Noise pollution has been taken into consideration all over the world and has become an area of concern in many countries. However, this issue has not been solved completely, even in developed countries, and day-by-day noise sources are spreading, bringing about an increase in their negative effects.
In recent years, the increasing number of vehicles parallel to the fast growing population, transportation and need for shipping has caused an increase in highway noise pollution.
In this study, highway noise resources and their effects have been determined, and two situations were compared by examining the situation before and after placing noise-reducing barriers. In this study, we chose the Atakum Ilbank facility and its public housing located in Samsun as the pilot study area. With the help of the
Cadna A® simulation program, area noise maps for both normal conditions and after the placement of a barrier was produced and analyzed.

For Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) schematics and layouts the Structural verification is formalized. Both schematics and layouts are modeled as graphs and their structural accuracy is tied to a precise set of graph composition rules for defining how these blocks of schematics and layouts may be composed.
Verification techniques like Novel, non-heuristic are introduced which allow structural verification for a series of schematic and layout block sizes to be performed. By means of one effective structural verification mechanism, an amalgamated approach to schematic design style verification, layout design rule verification and schematic vs. layout comparison can be provided. These verification techniques are nimble and can be performed with accession as the schematics and layouts are formed. In this we are implementing SBFS by slicing the queue at each level in the tree. The searching technique is implemented in parallel in both the queues.
By this the number of searches is reduced and the time taken is half that is required for BFS as drawing the path is not done. This technique works efficiently if the goal node is after the middle node in each level.

Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
Index: 10.183x/C521737 aned
The steady two-dimensional flow of a Siskonanofluid over a non-linear stretching surface in the presence of thermal radiation and convective boundary condition is investigated. Similarity transformations are employed to transformthe governing partial differential equations into ordinary differential equations. The transformed equations are then solved numerically by Bvp4cMatlab solver. The flow features and heat and mass transfer characteristicsfor different values of the governing parameters viz.thermophorosis parameter, Brownian motion parameter, thermal radiation parameter, Prandtl number, material parameter, thermal Biot number, Lewis number and concentration Biot number are analyzed and discussed in detail. The local Nusselt number increases with increases the thermal Biot number whereas local Nusselt number decreases with an increase the concentration Biot number. The local Sherwood number increases with increases the concentration Biot number whereas local Sherwood number decreases with an increase the thermal Biot number.

Landfilling is the most common method of solid waste management in our country. Leachate management is a major problem concerned with landfill. Leachate can pollute surface and subsurface water sources. Various studies have been done to obtain effluent of discharge standards. Advanced oxidation processes such as photo-fenton is an effective treatment method in which hydroxyl radicals are generated which help in pollutant degradation. Here, we review conventional treatment methods ,the effect of different parameters such as dosages of hydrogen peroxide, ferrous ion, temperature, initial pH, reaction time and radiation intensity on the efficiency of photo-fenton process. We also summarize different integrated system for leachate treatment using photo-fenton and other processes.

This paper presents results of the new investigation of proposed antenna design based on the T shape at the 17.87GHz in application to perspective Ku band. This result is based on the work of computer simulation technology software. The design approach combines application in satellite and radar applications. A simple geometry of the proposed antenna geometry is shown to be composed two rectangular shape that are perpendicular to each other in form of the T shape that results in significant impendence bandwidth, gain and compact size. The antenna design is found to be equivalent FR-4 substrate slab backed by a PEC ground plane. The elevation radiation patterns and its field distribution confirm Ku-mode operation over a wide bandwidth, validating the compact design methodology.

Transmission Risk Reduction In Image Sharing Scheme With Diverse Image Media
Priyanka R. Pawar, Manjusha S. Borse
Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
Index: 10.183x/F525052 aned
On transparencies or are encoded and stored in a digital form, conventional visual secret sharing (VSS) schemes hide secret images in shares that are either printed. But it will arouse suspicion and increase interception risk during transmission of the shares, the shares can appear as noise-like pixels or as meaningful images. For the secret itself and for the participants who are involved in the VSS scheme, VSS schemes suffer from a transmission risk problem. To protect the secret and the participants during the transmission phase, to address this problem, we proposed a natural-image based VSS scheme that shares secret images via various carrier media. The proposed (n, n) - NVSS scheme can share one digital secret image over n - 1 arbitrary selected natural images and one noise-like share. In digital form or in printed form, the natural shares can be photos or hand-painted pictures. The noise-like share is generated based on these natural shares and the secret image. Thus greatly reducing the transmission risk problem, the unaltered natural shares are diverse and innocuous. We also propose possible ways to hide the noise like share to reduce the transmission risk problem for the share. Experimental results indicate that the proposed approach is an excellent solution for solving the transmission risk problem for the VSS schemes.

Impact of earthquake on atmospheric ozone concentration if any and its change when earthquake with magnitude 5.2 on the Richter scale occurred in New Delhi on March 5, 2012 has been studied with the help of satellite data obtained from Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS), and Ozone Monitoring Instrument. Delhi being the capital territory of India with humid subtropical climate and a region belonging to Northern India where frequent earthquakes are observed the affect of earthquake on March 5, 2012 and its affect on atmospheric ozone concentration is reported. The ozone concentration was found to be 272 Dobson Units(DU) on the day of the earthquake, and reached a maximum value of 313 Dobson Units within 20 days after the day of earthquake. The increase in ozone concentration was found to be dependent on the magnitude of the earth quake, depth of focus, wind direction and geographical location of the epicenter.
